At Affect Art, we are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience. Please read the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds before registering for any of our programs.
Trial Class Cancellation and Refund
There is no cancellation or refund applicable for the trial class under any circumstance. Once you register, your seat is confirmed and non-refundable.
Full Course Refund Policy
If you opt for the complete course, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase or before taking the 1st class. The refund will be processed after deducting the following:
18% GST
2.5% payment gateway charges
No refund requests will be accepted after 24 hours from the time of enrollment or after taking the 1st class, regardless of participation or attendance.
Schedule Changes
Affect Art reserves the right to reschedule classes if necessary. In such cases, participants will be informed in advance and provided the option to attend the class at the new time or cancel their enrollment for a full refund (applicable only to the full course).
Cancellation by Affect Art
In the event that Affect Art cancels a class, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method for the affected session.
